Cozy and calm flatshare in a prime location - available starting on 01 April. Looking for a female tenant, non-smoker, no pets.

I will be moving out of my room since I am relocating to Norway at the end of March. The available bedroom is big (20-square meter) and very bright with large windows that let in a lot of sunlight during the day. The flooring is brand new and and the walls were recently re-painted, so it feels very fresh and comfortable. The flat is shared with one other female tenant (you both have separate rooms) who is 27 years old and works during the week - she is a very kind, respectful, and cheerful flatmate who has become a good friend. The flat is has a large entryway with shoe cupboards and a bench. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and plenty of shelving space. The kitchen is very large with a lot of counter space and is fully stocked for preparing meals (microwave, oven, stove, etc). There is a kitchen table that is perfect for sharing meals with friends.
