Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne, zentral gelegene 3-Zimmer-Wohnung bevorzugt an Studenten. Die Uni Mannheim, der Fluss Neckar, Luisenpark, Wasserturm, das Nationaltheater, die Innenstadt und das Szene-Viertel „Jungbusch“ sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso wie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Hochschule ist mit direkter Bahnlinie innerhalb von ca. 20 min oder mit Auto 15min erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Genüge und können mit einer Anmeldung fürs Bewohnerparken genutzt werden. Auch kostenlose Plätze sind nicht allzu weit entfernt.

Voraussichtlicher Mietbeginn wäre ab dem 01.07.2023 möglich. Wir sind sowohl bei Mietbeginn als auch Mietende flexibel. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG. WG-geeignet.

Unsere schöne, teilmöblierte Oststadt-Wohnung bietet sich an für Neuhinzugezogene und Studenten, die im lebendigen Mannheim Fuß fassen oder studieren wollen.

We rent our beautiful, centrally located 3 room apartment. The University Mannheim, the river Neckar, Luisenpark, Wasserturm, the National Theater, the city center and the trendy district "Jungbusch" are all within walking distance. As well as stores for daily needs. Parking facilities are plentiful and can be used with a registration for resident parking. Free parking spaces are also not too far away.

Expected start of tenancy would be possible from 01.07.2023. We are flexible both at the beginning and end of the tenancy. The apartment is located on the 4rd floor.

Our beautiful, fully furnished Oststadt apartment is ideal for newcomers, young professionals and students who want to get a foothold in lively Mannheim.
