Beautiful large apartment in the heart of Mannheim. I have relocated here for a new job before the Corona shutdown and have had a lovely time in the apartment. The apartment was renovated just one year ago and It has two large rooms (1 bedroom and 1 living room) and an open kitchen with a large living space. The Terrace is as big as a room is so inviting to spend time there to have breakfast, grilling, coffee or even to do some Yoga and sports (Was personally the highlight of my stay). The apartment comes with a kitchens equipped with Magnetic stove plate, oven and a dishwasher.
It is perfect for a couple or single professional (like me). You can be sure that even if god forbid another lockdown happen you are still going to have a great experience being in this lovely space. The apartment is available earliest on the 23rd Aug but it is possible to agree on a moving date on either Sep 15th, Oct 1st.
The apartment is located in the heart of Mannheim in Q3 with walking distance to everything from the tram, University, Train station. It is however not on the main shopping streets, rather a side street and thus much quieter than you would usually expect for that central location. Bars and restaurants and supermarkets are all less than 5 min walk.
Since I am going to be working from home office for extended period, I spontaneously decided to relocate away from Mannheim. I would like to leave my furniture in the apartment , so I am open to discuss leaving it for a reasonable offer (all less than 1-year old). The kitchen belongs to the apartment, so rest assured. The landlord have been very friendly and helpful with me.
