One room empty near Laim

A room is empty in a 4BHK apartment. The room is not big but charming, comes with an attached balcony with amazing views of sunset during the evening. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a decent size cupboard, table, chair and own fridge.

Location

It only takes you 2 minutes to walk to the tram 19/29 station and you can be at all central locations within 15-20 minutes. There is also a cycle path that leads directly to the city centre.

WG life

Other 3 of them are boys but 2 of them are erasmus student leaving by end of July so you will have 2 new room mates whom you can bond and make the flatshare desired for you. Kitchen and washroom is shared with all of them and a cleaning schedule is followed.

Miscellaneous
The rent is 600€ (additional costs etc. everything included except GEZ). KVR is possible as well. Initially the contract will be for 6 months but you can extend it for another term as well. Deposit is 1000 Euros.

Since there is majority of boys in the flatshare, females are preferred (as told to me by landlord)
