• I will be out of Munich due to a 6 month Sabbatical starting Mid of Oct/23..and you can enjoy during my absence my lovely flat ;) It's a very cozy, quiet and furnished 2-room flat with a lot of charm and very well located at the “Hackerbrücke”. The flat is located in the “Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt” district in the front of the central bus station (ZOB) and 8 minutes walking to Munich’s train central station. It will be free starting mid of Oct/23 until End of Apr/24. It is the perfect solution for a temporary stay in this fantastic city (e.g. work -or studies related).
• The flat is perfectly distributed and every single room is been accessed by the hall (bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen). The bedroom has a queen-size bed (1.40 x 2,00 m) and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is perfect to enjoy a relaxed time at home and also has a cozy dining area. I don't use a TV...thus the analog TV on the picture is not working anymore ;). There is a working corner with a table and a big lamp. The flat has big windows, thus it is very bright (I love that!). Internet is also included in the price and had never problems with it (I work everyday from home). The flat is also ideal for a couple, but not suitable for a shared apartment since only has one bedroom. The flat has 57,2 m2 and a 3,3 m2 balcony with a view of the quiet inner courtyard.
• Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt is a quiet, safe and nice neighborhood. It is located in the south of Munich’s historical center. From here you can walk to some of the main tourist attractions in the city, such as the Marienplatz, the Frauenkirche cathedral, Karlsplatz and Sendlinger Tor (20-25 minutes walking distance). Near the flat and in the “Schwantalerhöhe” quartier there are many small and cozy restaurants (I love the pizzeria around the corner called “il Castagno” …highly recommended :-).
Transport possibilities:
• S-Bahn: Station “Hackerbrücke” in the front of the flat -> 3 minutes walking distance.
• U-Bahn (Metro): Station “Theresienwiese” (where the very well-known “Octoberfest” is taking place) or “Hauptbahnhof” (central station) -> 8 minutes walking distance.
• Tram: „Holzapfelstrasse“ oder „Hermann-Lingg-Straße“ -> 3 minutes walking distance.
Shopping options:
• Supermarket (Lidl) / Mc Donald’s / drug store “dm” / Restaurants (Vapiano): Inside the “shopping mall” of the ZOB -> 5 minutes walking distance
• Shopping mall Schwanthalerhöhe -> 8 minutes walking distance...you can find everything you need around the corner

• All bills (heating, water, stair cleaning, caretaker, garbage disposal, garden maintenance, internet and electricity) are included within the additional costs (Nebenkosten).

About me:
• I am 43 years old, work as a sales manager and have been living in the flat since 7 years. Since I would leave all my belongings and furniture inside (of course there would be space for yours as well), it is very important to me that the person coming in will take care and treats them as would be his / her stuff :-).
