WG Schellingstraße - Untermieter gesucht mit Möglichkeit zum Hauptmieter

Hi everyone!

My name is Electra and I will be moving to Copenhagen end of June, therefore I am searching for someone who is willing to take my room from the period of 1.06.2022 - 31.07.2022. After this time (or even earlier) there is the possibility to take the whole apartment as Hauptmieter (we will prioritize these profiles of people). The overall lease would run until 31.12.2023.

The apartment is located between Josephsplatz and Theresienstraße and is 5 minutes to TUM main Bulding and 15 mins to LMU by boot. Of course there are plenty of bus and subway connections (U2) in walking distance and you can also reach the center of Munich with your bike in only a few minutes. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a newly installed elevator in the building. There is a Lidl, FitStar, Edeka, and lots of cafes, bars, restaurants also in walking distance. For joggers, Olympiapark is only 2k away where you can have cool routes to train.

Appliances: There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for cooking or baking and the bathroom is fully equipped as well, with a washing machine and a laundry rack. The room I am renting out will be fully furnished, however I can remove some furniture upon request.

WG-Leben
You will be living with Stephan, 27, who is working full time as a consultant. He is the funniest and nicest person I have lived together and so far of WG-life has been super chill and easy-going. This is not a Zwecks-WG, however we do enjoy spending time in our rooms and minding our own business. Ofc we also spend time together in the kitchen or we grab a beer outside. Stephan wants to stay in this place until end of this year so it would be great if this place stays a share flat for some moths longer :)

In order to keep this feeling in the apartment we are searching for someone who is around the same age, finishing his/hers masters or is currently working full time. We are looking for someone who is open minded, and easy-going, is however also respectful towards the private sphere of his/hers flatmate and also knows how to operate a vacuum cleaner ;)
