I'll be traveling from August 2025 to April 2026 (and leave Germany afterwards) as such, planning to sublet this apartment during that time and then give away the contract to the person subletting it. The reason? I need to continue being registered in Germany. Happy to explain the situation in detail via phone, but Couples will not be considered, just Singles.
About the apartment, it is 43 sqm, well distributed in a large living room with big windows which make the apartment very bright even in Winter. The bedroom is also quite large and the bed quite comfortable. Both the kitchen and bathroom are small but practical. It pretty much fully equipped (incl. a large TV screen, a comfortable couch, fully-equipped kitchen, towels, etc.)

Schwanthalerhöhe is arguably the coolest neighborhood in Munich nowadays and this apartment is in the middle of it. Many options for public transportation (incl. the U5/U4 in Schwanthalerhöhe, some buses lines and the Sbahns from Hackerbrücke). Tons of restaurants and cafes around, grocery shopping (Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, you name it) as well, as the Schwanthalerhöhe Forum and Thresienwise.
Other:
- Homeoffice is a possibility, desk and screen are available
- No washing machine in the flat, however, on the building's top floor there are two available (cost 2 euros per wash), in the same place, you can dry your clothes.
- Eventually, I'd need to sell my furniture so, a commitment to acquire part of it would be beneficial
