Wir gehen auf Reisen, daher vermieten wir unsere Wohnung für 2,5 Monate komplett möbliert unter: Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC und Küche. Außerdem gibt es einen riesigen Balkon mit Alpenblick bei gutem Wetter. Alle Räume sind sehr hell.

Die Wohnung ist in München zwischen Harras und Partnachplatz (S7/U6/BRB).

Vermietbar an eine Einzelperson, ein Paar oder ein Paar mit Kind.

Frei von 1. April bis 18. Juni. Kürzeste Mietdauer: 2 Monate.

Im Preis (1700 Euro/Monat, im Juni entsprechend anteilig) sind alle Nebenkosten, die Nutzung der Möbel und Internet enthalten.

Kaution: 200 Eur.

Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Das Appartement (72qm) beinhaltet auch:

- 2 Arbeitstische (beide höhenverstellbar) für Homeoffice, in jedem Zimmer einer

- Waschmaschine

- alle Küchenutensilien

- Geschirrspüler

- Wickeltisch bei Bedarf

- Babybett bei Bedarf

- Babybadewanne bei Bedarf

Bitte schreibt ein paar Infos über euch und auch, dass die Zwischenmiete für euch ok ist (wir hatten viele viele Anfrage von Leuten, die dachten, dass die Wohnung dauerhaft verfügbar ist).

We're going on a trip, so we're renting out our apartment fully furnished for 2.5 months: tastefully decorated apartment with a large living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. Additionally, there's a huge balcony with a view of the Alps on sunny days. All rooms are very bright.

The apartment is located in Munich between Harras and Partnachplatz (S7/U6/BRB).

Rentable to an individual, a couple, or a couple with a child.

Available from April 1st to June 18th. Minimum rental period: 2 months.

The price (1700 euros/month, pro-rated accordingly for June) includes all utilities, furniture usage, and internet.

Deposit: 200 euros.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The apartment (72sqm) also includes:

- 2 work desks (both adjustable) for home office, one in each room

- Washing machine

- all kitchen utensils

- Dishwasher

- Changing table if needed

- Baby crib if needed

- Baby bathtub if needed
