Für den Zeitraum vom 17.09. - 10.10. vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in 81369 München.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, weswegen du gerne sowohl meine voll ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat) sowie mein Wannenbad mit Waschmaschine nutzen darf. Selbstverständlich steht dir auch eine 100Mbit - Leitung sowie ein Schreibtisch zur Verfügung. Abgerundet wird meine Wohnung mit einem nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon, der die Wohnung sehr hell wirken lässt. Das Boxspringbett ist erst 1 Monat alt und entsprechend gemütlich :)

Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus den folgenden Räumen:

- Flur mit Zugang zu allen Zimmern
- Bad mit Wanne, Dusche sowie Waschmaschine
- Küche voll ausgestattet
- Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon
- Balkon
- Schlafzimmer inkl. Schreibtisch und großem Ikea - Pax - Kleiderschrank

Rauchen auf dem Balkon. Tiere sind leider von Seiten des Vermieters nicht erwünscht.

For the period from 24.02.2023 - 14.04.2023 I rent my beautiful 2-room apartment in 81369 Munich.

The apartment is fully furnished, which is why you are welcome to use both my fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine) and my bathroom with tub and washing machine. Of course there is also a 100Mbit - line and a desk at your disposal. My apartment is rounded off with a south-facing balcony, which makes the apartment very bright. The box spring bed is only 1 month old and accordingly cozy :)

Overall, the apartment consists of the following rooms:

- Bathroom with tub, shower as well as washing machine
