Spacious 2 room apartment with two balconies

Hi all,

A spacious 2-room apartment in Solln, with a total area of 60 sq.m. The apartment will be available from either June 1st or at the latest, July 1st, 2024, and can be rented for an indefinite period. The monthly warm rent is 1270 €. I don't know if the owner will increase it a bit but I don't see it.

The apartment is conveniently located just a 700-meter walk from the S-Bahn station in Solln, making it easily accessible. It's also ideal for a couple. The apartment has two balconies one with living room and other with bed room.

The apartment also features friendly and considerate neighbors, adding to the pleasant living environment. There are good connections with the S7 train line and Bus 63 nearby, as well as a nearby U-Bahn station in Aidenbachstr.. Moreover, the apartment is situated in a quiet and nice location.

PS: I have some items which I bought and would like to handover to the next tenant for a discount price of 2200 €. (includes TV, kitchen (dishwasher, wash machine, microwave), office table and chair, wooden racks and some furniture, IKEA bed and some small items), of which TV is optional and other things are mandatory.
