I offer a fully furnished bedroom (12 m²) and living room (~ 20m²). You will share the latter with a flat mate, Michi. He lives in the third smaller room (9m²) and commutes from Vienna every two or three weeks and usually only stays during week days). You'll practically have the flat to yourself. The bigger room is available from 1 October. However, there is the option of first moving into the smaller room (which Michi does not use at the moment due to the pandemic) on 1 August and then switching over to the bigger room in October. We generally prefer people who go for this latter option.
Your room is furnished with a bed (140x200cm), a wardobe and a clothes rail for plenty of storage space, and a cosy hanging chair for reading a book while enjoying a cup of coffee. As you can see in the pictures, the room is very light with a big window and glass door leading out towards the balcony.
The flat also has a fully furnished living room, where you can invite friends for dinner, watch TV or chill out after a day's work. There is a TV with Google Chromecast for you to use. This room is also very light with big windows and a glass door leading out to the (same) balcony.
The balcony is an absolute delight with a cosy DIY sofa and a table with chairs. There is also an electric barbecue for you to use. It's a great place to be with friends and enjoy a lazy weekend.
The flat's kitchen is small but functional with a great variety of kitchenware and storage space waiting for your cooking skills to be unleashed...
The apartment is fully furnished, which is why the future tenant needs to pay a compensation of 3180,- €. There is a detailed list of all items included. Please only consider writing me, if you are prepared to pay the full compensation.
The apartment is located in Untergiesing close to the city center (main station is about 15 min. by bike or public transport) and well connected by public transport (next bus stop in 3 min., next U-Bahn 5 min.). By foot it takes you 10 min. to get to Munich's beautiful river Isar. A wonderful place to go for a walk in spring and even swim in summer. There are multiple supermarkets (EDEKA, Penny, ALDI, DM) and grocery stores nearby. There are also plenty of bars, 'Boazn' and restaurants in the quarter or in the areas next to it (Sendling, Haidhausen & Glockenbachviertel). Giesing is a very vibrant and diverse corner of Munich with a special vibe you won't find anywhere else in the city.
Please write a little something about who you are and when you could meet for having a look at the place either in person or online. Make sure to include possible dates for viewings. Applications without that information will be dismissed or at least considered less likely. You can of course also write in German. :)
