Es handelt sich um eine schön 2,5-Zimmer Wohnung mit ca. 78m2 im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, inkl. Aufzug bis zum 4. Stock. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert vermietet in den Monaten April - Juni (3 Monate). Voraussichtlich ab dem 15.04. - 30.06.

Das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer (Südausrichtung) liegen nach hinten zu einer Grünfläche. Küche (Nordausrichtung) liegt zu einer kleinen Seitenstraße und bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts von draußen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet sehr viel Platz. In der Einbauküche ist eine Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank sowie Ofen und Herd enthalten. Das innenliegende Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Eine Abstellkammer ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Folgende Möbel bleiben in der Wohnung:

- Kleiderstange
- Komode
- Einige Küchenutensilien wie Teller, Besteck, Töpfe
- Tisch + Stühle

Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett leer und es bleiben keine weiteren Möbel/Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Wohnung.

Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in umitellbarer Nähe zur U-Bahnstation Bonner Platz. Supermark, Apotheke, Bäckerei sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenfalls gibt es reichliche Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung.

The bedroom and living room (south-facing) overlook a green area. The kitchen (north-facing) faces a small side street, and when the windows are closed, you can't hear anything from outside. The apartment is generously sized and offers plenty of space. The fitted kitchen includes a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, and stove. The interior bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A storage room is also available.

The following furniture will remain in the apartment:

The living room is completely empty and no further furniture will remain in the apartment.

Location
