Hallo! We (Georg and Laurien) are moving out and we're looking for a new Mieter :)
We have reactivated our flat because the renter specifically preferred "working folks" over students. So if this is a flat you would like to live in, hit us up! :)
This apartment is incredibly spacious, there's lots of light and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
The place counts 3 rooms + bathroom and kitchen. It's located on the 2nd floor and in the house live +/- 7 other people (of course they all have their own separate apartment, not like a WG). The kitchen in our apartment is not even 5 years old, and it would be a requirement to buy this from us. We'd like to sell it for €4500 (we can talk more about it during the casting).
The reason why we are looking for a new renter, is because I (Laurien) will be moving to Cologne in September for a new study.
