We have an appartment suitable for two persons, separate bedrooms [~14sqm] and common kitchen and bathroom. 3 min walk to Leonrodplatz and 10 min with bike to TUM.
We are both moving out at the same time and are therefor looking for two people to move in together (you apply together). One of the rooms may be available from mid-Feb
There is a deposit of 800€ per person that is to be payed at the same time as you sign the contract, most likely before you move in so you should be able to get here in January/February. For comunication reasons it is preferable if you speak English and German. We have some furniture that we will sell to you for 100-200€ or so.
