I'm looking for someone to take over the flat as I'm leaving Nuremberg in January 2019.
The flat has:
- a big room with a double bed, a dinner table and several furniture items
- a kitchen which is fully equipped with a fridge and a gas cooker (including oven)
- a bathroom with a bathtub
- a small entrance room with a large closet
- a balcony with a small table and two chairs
I would like to sell the furniture and other kitchen equipment - the price is negociable.
The flat also has space in the basement and you can let your bike downstairs.
The rent is 333,50 EUR (including 80 EUR for Betriebskostenvorauszahlung and 40 EUR for Heizkostenvorauszahlung). In addition you can count 27 EUR for the energy and 33 EUR for internet.
The flat is located in the Maxfeld neighborhood. It is very calm and very convenient at the same time. You don't hear any noise from the traffic.
It is located:
- 5 minutes from the Kaulbachplatz subway station
- 5 minutes from the nearest Rewe
- 5 minutes from the Nuremberg castle
- 15 minutes from Hauptmarkt
The flat is in a Wohnheim für Frauen so only women can rent it.
There is no washing machine in the flat but there are two in the basement of the building that you can use.
