2 Room Flat at Ratenauplatz Nürnberg_With Furniture & Kitchen

Please read until end before you send me request.
We would like to rent out a flat at Rathenauplatz, Nürnberg (Behind KFZ zulassungs building).
You will have to buy the furniture in the flat.
Details: Flat size is 62 qm, with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen room, Toilet & bathroom and a guest toilet.
Flat is on ground floor and has view of road and from kitchen & bedroom the small garden of the building.
Car parking is possible on street with annual city ticket(bewohnersparksuwies). We have 2 cars and never had issues in getting a spaces.
House is furnished with furniture and person taking over the flat will have to but the furniture. Price will be discussed afterwards.
Full Kitchen - Most equipments are from Bosch or branded company. You need to buy fridge as we will take this one.
Bedroom: Bed with latenrost,Wardrobe, Drawer big & drawer small , you just need to buy matress.
Living Room: Big sofa, dining table and chairs.
Passage: Cubboard for jackets & additional accessories, Shoe rack
Kitchen and bedroom had white tubelights. Rest have warmwhite lights, we will leave all other furniture of the flat for you such as mirrors, table in bathroom, dustbins, cubbooard in kitchen. The list goes on.
Connectivity: Bus stop 50 meters, Tram, UBahn 100 meters
Main Train station is 900 meters from home
Park is 50 meters from flat
Wörhder see is 1 km by walk, university is 500 meters
Contract: You will recieve contract directly from the flat owner, once we make final decision. Searching for tenant is our job and landlord trusts us on that. You will get anmeldung documents from them.
Current rent is 645 € for the flat (any changes will be decided by landlord)
Electricity, Water, Heating you need to pay yourself.
Advantage of flat: We havent used heaters in last 4 years, flat is for some reason warm all the time. Bedroom you might need but we didnt require. Close to city center. Landlord never pings you 🙂
