Hello everyone,
I am looking for someone to rent my flat for long term in nuremberg city center. (please, do not contact me if you arent alone!)
The monthly rent is 680 + electricity + gas.
It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen (incl. fitted kitchen), a bathroom with a shower and a small hallway.
There is also an attic compartment. A bicycle can be safely and dryly parked in the house entrance.
The layout of the apartment is great, as the bedroom faces the quiet backyard and you don't notice anything from the lively Laufer Gasse there.
The owner would prefer someone who speaks german to make things easier for the communication (I don’t speak german so we couldn’t communicate sometimes).
It is a non furnished flat, but since i leave the country I would like to sell my furnitures to the person taking the flat to make things easier.
I am supposed to leave on September 1st, from that day the flat will be yours.
We are looking for a long term rent only!!
The Rathenauplatz and Wörhder Wiese underground stations are a 6-minute walk away, and the next bus stop is only 2 minutes away.
Various supermarkets can also be reached on foot in 2 minutes (Norma) to 5 minutes (Rewe, Penny, dm) and you can walk to the main market in 5 minutes. There are also many good restaurants on the street.
The landlord is super friendly and helpful!
The other residents in the house are also very nice and quiet.
The apartment is not suitable as a flat share because the bedroom is very small and there is no common room.
In addition, the landlord wants only one person to move in, i.e. not a couple or even a flat share.
As I said I would like to sell some furniture (see photos: sofa, bed, shoe cabinet, tables…) as well as my washing machine and other small items of furniture (curtain rods, curtains, bathroom hooks, etc.) for a fair total consideration of 600€.
