The apartment is for me (Carlos) and my wife (Ambar). It is important that the apartment is pet-friendly, as we would like our cat (Chester) to accompany us.
I am a Master’s student at FAU in the elite program Advanced Optical Technologies and have been living in Germany for the past four months. Ambar will be accompanying me during my studies, and she will be working. Chester is a five-year-old indoor cat and one of the sweetest companions. We are all non-smokers and have previously lived in Toronto-Canada, and Quito-Ecuador.
We are looking to rent for two years, which is the duration of my Master’s program, starting in May or June.
We prefer open and quiet areas but are also open to renting within the city. We can discuss the rent price depending on the location.
