The connection is great and everything is within easy reach - less than 1 min walk to the subway U1 / bus stop Maximilianstraße. (Nuremberg Fair 15 minutes)
There is an Aldi 2 mins walk, kaufland less than 10 mins. Gostenhof is also a short walk away and city centre is 10 mins by train. The Pegnitz is also less 10 mins away.
Miscellaneous
In terms of furniture, there will be a bed, wardrobe, sofa and dining table and the apartment is equipped with kitchen utensils. I am in the process of moving out of the apartment, so some of the items pictured may be removed.
I do not speak German so it’s important that you can communicate in English.
