I am subletting my apartment for august and september 2024 for 850€ per month.

It's a full furnished apartment with all electronics and WIFI.

Running costs like water, facility manager, housekeeping and trash management, weekly cleaning of the common areas in the whole building will be covered.

An underground garage is possible to rent for additional price of 50€/monthly (not included).

The apartment is 47m², has a tiny balcony and is in the 4th floor supported by an elevator.
The neighbourhood is very calm and quite.
It's right next to the Nuremberg airport and has a beautiful view into the green.

The park "Marienbergpark" is just 1 min away, like the bus station "Ernst-Heinkel-Weg" to Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen. The subway is 7min away by feet and will take you in 10min into the city center of Nuremberg.

You will find two grocery stores (Edeka and Norma) and a bakery (Der Beck) right next to the subway station.

These pictures are showing you a previous status, since it is subletted currently until end of February.
Kitchen, bathroom and living room haven't changed.

Please, be aware that the cellar is not included like the electricity and garage.
