Für ein halbes Jahr steht meine charmante Dachgeschosswohnung zur Untermiete frei. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre schönen Holzdielen und bietet ein gemütliches Ambiente. Sie umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, einen großzügigen Flur, ein saniertes Tageslichtbad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Dachbodenabteil und ein Hinterhof, in dem Fahrräder sicher abgestellt werden können.
Die Wohnfläche des Schlafzimmers und Wohnzimmers beträgt jeweils ca. 16 qm und beide Räume verfügen über einen guten Grundriss. Dank der West-Ausrichtung scheint die Sonne Tagsüber und am Abend in die Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, sodass ihr euch sofort wie zu Hause fühlen könnt. Ich werde alle Möbel und Küchenzubehör in der Wohnung lassen, jedoch natürlich Platz für euer Gepäck schaffen. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Gas, Wlan und Rundfunkgebühren bereits enthalten.

My charming attic flat is available for subletting for half a year. The flat impresses with its beautiful wooden floorboards and offers a cosy ambience. It comprises a bedroom, a living room, a spacious hallway, a renovated daylight bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat also includes an attic compartment and a backyard where bicycles can be safely parked.
The living area of the bedroom and living room is approx. 16 sqm each and both rooms have a good layout. Thanks to the west orientation, the sun shines into the rooms during the day and in the evening.
The flat is fully furnished, so you can feel at home immediately. I will leave all the furniture and kitchen equipment in the flat, but of course I will make room for your luggage. The service charges already include electricity, gas, wifi and German broadcasting fees.
