The apartment size is approx. 55sqm, has a small balcony and is on the 3rd floor. You can see some current pictures and a copy of the layout plan below for a first impression. The apartment was fully renovated when i moved in last year. I would like someone who could take over the current furniture and other stuff I bought for a price (to be discussed later). Kindly write a short message with basic details and i would then invite you for apartment viewing.
The basic rent is 500 and other costs are 115 euros. The electricity, gas and internet is separate. I got EWE contract for both gas and electricity as well as internet after i moved in.
The apartment is at bolherfelder straße, close to Aktiv supermarket, 5-7 minutes by bike to university Oldenburg wechloy campus and close to bus stop as well.
