Hello,
Needing to keep my cat in my absence, I propose my apartment for three weeks from 17 december to 11 January.
This is a nice two-room apartment, 50m2 (bedroom with double bed, big desk, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, parquet, wifi, heating) located rue Armand Carrel in the 19th arrondissement of Paris (200 mts from the Buttes Chaumont Park ). Very nice place to live. The apartment is located We are near of one of the most big parks of Paris (the buttes chaumont) and to "the canal", nice place for a romantic walk and diner.
Laumière métro station (5 minutes), Jaurès (10 minutes).
The total price is 450 euros and 100 euros for caution.

You can arrive to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. There are two métro stations (Laumière et Jaurès). There are a lot of restaurants and bars (couscous free every thursday in a very near restaurant called "L'alliance"...)
