We rent our 60m2 apartment, fully furnished, situated in a charming neighbourhood in the 18th district of Paris, very close to SacreCoeur, 2min away metro station Lamarck/Caulaincourt, and bus 80. Close to great restaurants, coffees, shops, bakeries, bio markets and supermarkets.

The building, from the Haussmann era, is in one of the most beautiful streets of Paris. The apartment has 3 rooms (bedroom, living room and dining room).
The bedroom is calm, window to the court, and has a big sized bed for 2 and a chest of drawers.
2 more persons can sleep on the convertible couch in the living room. The apartment has two chimneys, high ceilings and comfortable hammock-chair. A big table in the dining room can host up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, micro-wave, dishes, table, ceramic glass cook top, table for 2 persons, coffee machine and fridge). Toilet and bathroom (with bath tube and washing machine) are separated. Most of the furniture is recently acquired.
THe apartment is in the 1st floor, offering enough daylight thanks to south-facing big windows, and very fresh during summer time.

Elevator, High speed wireless internet and ventilator for use.

The apartment is to rent for the period from the 27 June to the 5 of July and from the 9 till the 17 of July, but these dates are flexible. The rent for one week is 650 €. No agency fees.

Nous sous-louons notre appartement de 60m2, entièrement meublé et soigné pour la période du 7 au 28 août 2011.
L'appart se trouve à proximité du Sacre Coeur, à 2min de la station de métro Lamarck-Caulaincourt,  et du bus 80. Des bons restaurants, cafés, commerces, boulangeries, boutiques bio, ainsi que des supermarchés sont à portée de main.

Dans un bel immeuble haussmannien, situé dans une rue de rêve, l'appartement est composé de 3 pièces : une chambre à coucher très calme (avec un lit double, une commode et 2 chaises), un salon (avec un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, une table basse, un bureau, un siège-hamac, une cheminée et une grande fenêtre), une salle à  manger (avec une grande table pour 6-8 personnes, une cheminée, un autre bureau et un grand fauteuil), une cuisine complètement équipée (avec un four, un micro-onde, cafetière, un lave-vaisselle, un frigo et une table pour 2 personnes). La salle de bain (baignoire et lave-linge) est séparée du WC.

La plupart des meubles sont neufs et il y a des hauts plafonds. Ascenseur, internet haut débit sans fil et un ventilateur est à disposition.
L'appartement est très frais pendant l'été et suffisamment lumineux (grandes fenêtres donnant sur la rue et sur une cour intérieure).

Les dates sont du 27 juin au 5juillet et/ou du 9 au 17 juillet. Le prix pour une semaine est de 650 €.

Wir vermieten unsere moeblierte 60m2-Wohnung in Montmartre/18. Bezirk, in unmittelbarer Naehe zu Sacre Coeur, 2 Minuten von der Metro-Station Lamarck/Caulaincourt entfernt und umgeben und mitten in einem netten Viertel mit tollen Restaurants, Cafes, Geschaeften, Bio-Laeden und Supermarkt.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Haussmann-Gebaeude und in einer der schoensten Strassen von Paris. Sie hat 3 Raeume (Schaf-, Ess, und Wohnzimmer).
Das Schalfzimmer ist ruhig (hofseitig) und ist mit einem Doppelbett, einer Kommode, und Regalen ausgestattet.
Zusaetzlich koennen noch 2 Personen auf der ausziehbaren Couch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Kamine, einen Haengesessel, hohe Decken und hat Stuck-Ornamente. Im Esszimmer steht ein grosser Tisch fuer bis zu 8 Personen und ein gemuetlicher Sofa-Sessel. Die Kueche ist voll ausgestattet (Geschirrspueler, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Tisch fuer 2 Personen, Kochplatte, Kaffeemaschine, Kuehlschrank, Geschirr, etc.). Badezimmer (Waschmaschine und Badewanne) und Klo sind getrennt.
Der Grossteil der Moebel ist neu gekauft und kaum benutzt.

Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und bietet genug Sonnenlicht (suedseitig und grosse Fenster).

Aufzug, High speed wireless Internet und Ventilator steht zur Verfuegung.

Zu vermieten vom 27 Juni bis 5 Juli und/oder vom 7 bis 17 Juli. Die Miete fuer eine Woche betraegt 650 €.
