We are renting out our cozy apartment in the heart of Pecs with 40 m2.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

Location is in one of the nicest streets in the city center pedestrian zone, Ferencesek utcaja. The flat and surrounding area is under monumental protection. Although it’s centrally located, the flat is in a quiet inner courtyard.
Layout: one big bedroom living room combo, kitchen with dining area, lobby, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

As you step out from the big courtyard gate, in proximity you can find everything needed, shops, bars cafes, bus stops, etc. and of course the highlights of the city as well.
The flat is available from the 1st of July and waiting for the new tenant(s).

We are speaking Hungarian, English and German as well and contracting could be also made in these languages. We are the owners of the flat, thus there is no third party involved.

Of course, there is a possibility to check and see the flat in person. We have also nothing against pets and of course you can store your bike in the courtyard. A parking place could be also provided for extra cost.
Deposit would be two months of renting fee.
We are looking for reliable people with a long-term contract.
