We are current tenants of the apartment, planning to leave on 30th of September and are looking for new tenants for the landlord from 1st of October.

*** Information about the apartment ***

The maisonette apartment is on the top two floors of an apartment building and consists of an open living and cooking area with access to the balcony on the lower floor, a bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a cloakroom in the entrance area.

From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the city center and the Wallberg (Monte Scherbelino) on the other side of the valley.

In the upper part of the apartment there is plenty of space for work, hobbies, sports and free design.

As has been the case in the past, the apartment can be set up with separate living and sleeping areas on both floors thanks to a separate entrance on the upper floor. Due to the proximity to the university, the apartment is also ideal for use as a shared flat for students.

The house has a bicycle room and a shared laundry room in the basement.

Optionally, a garage parking space (as part of a double parking space) in the underground car park can be rented for 50 euros per month.

Cleaning of the stairwell and the outdoor facilities around the apartment building are carried out by a caretaker service.

The house also has both a cable house connection and the usual DSL Internet connections.

The heating is operated via central heating with district heating from the Pforzheim municipal works.

Location

The apartment is located in a residential area in the south of Pforzheim with close proximity to several bus stops, a small bakery and a beverage store.

The nearest grocery store is 600 meters away as the crow flies. With a supermarket, discounter, drugstore, pharmacy and banks, the Tiergarten shopping center also offers many everyday necessities in one place.

The Pforzheim University and the wildlife park at the edge of the forest can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the apartment. In the extended area there are several schools, kindergartens and playgrounds.

The city center can be reached by bus in 5 minutes and on foot in 10-15 minutes. The Pforzheim-Süd motorway exit is a 10-minute drive away.
