Schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in zentraler Lage Potsdams // Lovely 2-room-flat in central location of Potsdam

ich bin sowohl im Juni als auch im Oktober 2022 nicht in Potsdam und möchte meine Wohnung untervermieten. Daher suche ich entweder für beide Monate zusammen oder einzeln nach Zwischenmieter:innen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, gebaut in den 1990ern und besteht aus 1 Wohnzimmer/Küche (ca. 20 m²), 1 Schlafzimmer (ca. 13 m²) mit 1,40m breitem Bett, 1 Bad (ca. 6 m²) mit Badewanne, 1 Flur (ca. 10 m²) und ist für 1-2 Personen ideal. Als WG ist die Wohnung leider nicht geeignet.

Die Wohnung ist voll in moderndem Stil möbliert u.a. mit Sofa, Sofatisch, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Hochtisch mit 2 Hockern, Küchenzeile und Sideboards mit Küchenequipment (u.a. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine), sowie eine Waschmschine im Bad.

Alles zum Wohlfühlen ist also vorhanden. Super wäre, wenn du ab und an die Pflanzen gießen könntest, so dass sie nicht sterben. :)

I will not be in Potsdam in the months of June and October this year and would like to sublet my apartment. Therefore I am looking for subtenants either for both months together or individually.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building from the 1990s and consists of 1 living room/kitchen (approx. 20 m²), 1 bedroom (approx. 13 m²) with a 1.40m wide bed, 1 bathroom (approx 6 m²) with a bathtub, 1 hallway (approx. 10 m²) and is ideal for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable as a shared flat.

The apartment is fully furnished in a modern style with a sofa, coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, high table with 2 stools, kitchenette and sideboards with kitchen equipment (including microwave, coffee maker) and a washing machine in the bathroom.

So, the flat has everything you would need to feel at home. It would be great if you could water the plants from time to time so that they don't die. :)
