I am very interested in the 1-room apartment in Potsdam Innenstadt listed on WG-Gesucht. The apartment suits my requirements very well, and I would like to know if it is still available.

I would like to inform you that I am an international student, and I will be arriving in Germany on 26 January. I am looking for a long-term stay and a well-maintained place to live.

Regarding the required documents:

I can provide a current credit report (SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) or itsmydata).

As a new arrival to Germany, I can also provide proof of funds, admission letter, and passport, if required.

About me:
I am a quiet, responsible, and tidy tenant. I do not smoke and will take good care of the apartment.

Please let me know if the apartment is still available and whether a viewing (online or after my arrival) would be possible.
