My housemate and I are leaving and searching for prospective tenants who can commit to moving in from the 1st of October. The shared house is approximately 80 sq in a newly renovated apartment in Reutlingen West. The cold rent is 800 and expect an additional 125 euros in expenses, including TV/radio tax, water, electricity bill and heating (the heating bill has increased, but we haven't yet got the final computation.
PS. The landlord prefers students (or one of the people is a student): female-only WG or a couple who can commit to staying long-term in the apartment with a minimum of 1 year. No pets
The location is about 3 minutes to the bus station, 5 minutes to Reutlingen Westbf and 17 minutes to the Reutlingen Hbf in time to commute to the Tuebingen HBF or any other location.
One room comes furnished with a bed and mattress. All bedrooms come with a bedside table.
