TOP furnished WG Degerloch

Hello everyone,

I, Enrico, give away my bright and firnished room in Stuttgart Degerloch. Since I'm moving closer to my workplace, this will become available (01.12.2023) Regarding the move-in date, December would be ideal for me.

We are a shared apartment of three. Your future roommates are Manish and a new girl coming! Both are very nice and super easy to get along with. Although each of us has our own daily routine, it would be desirable if you were involved a little in shared life. For example, sitting together in the kitchen and drinking a beer or cooking something to eat together...

Everything you need for life is on the street parallel to our apartment! e.g. various banks, delicatessens, Alnatura, DM, Edeka, Rewe, bakeries...
The public transport connections are very good and within walking distance. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the next subway stop “Degerloch”. From there, several trains (U5, U6, U8 and U12) run approximately every 5 minutes towards the city center. So you should be in town in 10-15 minutes. The Zacke also runs from there directly down to Marienplatz and numerous buses.

The apartment is on the first floor. The room is bright and cozy thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window on one side. There are electric blinds and dark laminate flooring. In general, everything in the apartment is very modern: a fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine are of course also available. There is no basement, but you can put everything you don't need in the garage. There are parking spaces in the yard.
The room is offered furnished. If you have your own furniture, that's no problem. What you don't need can be put in the garage. The building is a rear building. It is therefore very quiet and you have a bit of greenery in front of your door.


In addition to the 590 euros rent, there is also electricity and internet! So about 25 - 30 euros extra. Water and heating are already included in the €110 additional costs (these costs are included in the 590euros). They are fixed, so you won't have any nasty surprises or bills at the end of the year.
