This apartment is the house of my dreams. It is stunning. But I can't afford this place alone and so I have decided to take the opportunity to move to another city. However, I'm not sure if I'm getting a job sooner or later and I can't move without one. Another caveat, I am looking for a renter(s) who will take all, or nearly all, of my furniture. I also have a huge plant collection if you are interested.
The apartment itself is appropriate for a single person, a couple, or a single parent/couple with one child. It is not easy to split or I would stay. The sitting room has an open ceiling, so there is NO privacy. This is not for two single adults, but for one person or a couple to use this as a sitting room or a small child's bedroom.
There is no elevator, but the views are worth it. There are marble and parquet floors. The landlord put in amazing built-in cabinets and closets so the storage space is fabulous. There is even a huge whirlpool bathtub that is truly luxurious. Let me again stress that the situation is very up in the air right now. I put in an available date of 01.05.24 because I had to put something.
The below is negotiable, so it's all still up for discussion. I'm willing to give away most of the kitchen utensils and the beds for free. If I'm extremely lucky and I can manage to get an apartment on my own, I can take some more furniture. I just don't know yet what will happen.
