I am subletting my beautiful flat to a lucky person for an indefinite time.
It has two spacious rooms, plus a small bathroom. The built-in kitchen is in the living room
(hence it counts as a 1.5 room flat).
Both main rooms are very bright, getting sun for most of the afternoon and evening, and
facing a garden (so from the flat you only see trees).
The sleeping room has a big balcony, with a little window opening directly on the kitchen,
which is very convenient when having breakfast or lunch on the balcony.
It is fully furnished with very nice pieces of furniture, kitchen stuff etc. The blue couch in the living room belongs to the current tenant and would have to be bought for a fee of 600 Euros.
