After nearly two years, we have to give up our centrally-located, quirky, unbelievably cheap, early 1900s apartment due to a relocation for work. We will miss this place, but hope to find the right person or persons to enjoy it and call it home. Our lease ends April 30th so this can be short term. That said, the landlord is open to extending a three year contract to the right tenant.
