Apartment in Vaihingen becoming available on 1 September

The apartment has many windows, which make it exceptionally bright. It has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a large living room, an open kitchen, a small entrance hall, and a toilet. The kitchen has an electric stove, a hood fan, a fridge, an oven, and a dishwashing machine. On the top floor, there is the bedroom and a bathroom with shower and an additional toilet. The lower floor also has a large balcony (4.6 square meters).

In the basement, there is a small storage room, and a space for a personal washing machine. On the other side of the house there is a bike shed.

The total floor space of the apartment (without the balcony) is 61 square meters. The basic monthly rent is 625 euros including the service costs. This includes heating and warm water but not electricity.

This apartment is for a single person, not for couples (guests staying overnight is not a problem, though). The landlord prefers people who can stay for 2 years or longer.
