2,5-room apartment (56m2) in Stuttgart West (Rotebuehlstr) to be subletted until the end of February. Possibility of unlimited rental period (!) after a renovation of a few weeks that will take place in March.

The apartment is laminated, and mainly unfurnished, but has a kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, closets, etc), some closets (also a large clothing closet), and shutters in one room. It offers a cat-proof balcony with a great view as well.

The warm rent includes cold rent and additional costs like warm water, gas, electricity etc. This is based on 1-person usage. As the bathroom is located behind the bedroom, the apartment is not suitable as a ‘WG’, but is suitable for couples.
Deposit is half a month rent.

Please note that it is preferred to rent out the apartment for long-term to the person who will now sublet it. Additionally, be aware that the rent for long-term will be increased by the owner after renovations (cold rent is expected to increase to appr. 900€).

Die Wohnung hat ein Laminatboden, und ist hauptsächlich unmöbliert, hat aber eine Küche (mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Schränke, usw), einige schränke (auch einen größeren Kleiderschrank), und Rollladen in einem Raum. Es bietet auch eine Katzensichere Balkone mit einem tollen Ausblick.

Die Warmmiete beinhaltet die Kaltmiete und Nebenkosten wie Warmwasser, Gas, Strom usw. Dies gilt für die Nutzung durch eine Person. Da sich das Badezimmer hinter dem Schlafzimmer befindet, eignet sich die Wohnung nicht als WG, sondern für Paare. Die Kaution ist ein halber Montatsmiete.

Bitte Achtung, es ist präferiert die Wohnung langfristig zu vermieten an der/ die jenige die die Wohnung jetzt zwischenmietet. Die langfristige Mietkosten werden aber erhöht nach der Renovierung (Kaltmiete wird vermutlich ca. 900€).
