Wunderschönes Penthouse im Grünen mit Balkon, Garten und zwei Katzen zur Zwischenmiete

Wichtigstes Vorweg: Fiepsi und Eira, unsere beiden Katzen, sowie unsere Pflanzen bleiben da und brauchen Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit. Eira (die hellere auf den Bildern) liebt Menschen und Kuscheln – Fiepsi kommt auch manchmal vorbei und will gestreichelt werden.
Wir bieten ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit schöner Kochinsel, Balkon gen Süden und Aussicht ins Grüne. Hintenraus könnt ihr eine kleine Wiese, eine Hängematte und die Hollywoodschaukel als schattigeren Erholungsort nutzen. Falls es kalt wird, gibt’s ne Sauna 😉 Innen könnt ihr es Euch vor dem Kamin auf diversen Sofas bequem machen.
Mit Schlaf- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten stehen Euch drei Zimmer und eine Art Wintergarten zur Verfügung. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und WC, im Untergeschoss eine kleine funktionale Nasszelle mit Dusche und WC.
Den Keller könnt ihr für Vorräte nutzen und dort steht die Waschmaschine.
Haus und Wohnung sind am Hang mit vielen Treppen gebaut und demnach leider nicht barrierefrei. Wir lassen Kinderwägen und co. immer unten bei den Garagen stehen. Dort gibt es Platz für Fahrräder. Theoretisch stehen auch für Autos 3 Stellplätze und eine Garage zur Verfügung.

Sonstige Ausstattung: Induktionsherd mit 5 Feldern, Spülmaschine, Entsafter, Siebträgermaschine, Dampfgarer, Fußbodenheizung, Kamin, Dielen in den Schlafzimmern, Regendusche,..

Most important thing first: Fiepsi and Eira, our two cats, as well as our plants are staying there and need care and attention. Eira loves people and cuddling - Fiepsi also comes over sometimes and wants to be petted.
We offer a huge living room with a beautiful kitchen island, south-facing balcony and a view of the countryside. At the back you can use a small meadow, a hammock and the porch swing as a shadowy place to relax. If it gets cold, there's a sauna 😉 Inside you can make yourself comfortable on various sofas in front of the fireplace.
There are three rooms and a kind of winter garden at your disposal with sleeping and working options. On the upper floor there is a daylight bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, in the basement there is a small functional wet room with a shower and toilet.
You can use the basement for supplies and the washing machine is there.
The house and apartment are built on a slope with lots of stairs and are therefore unfortunately not barrier-free. We leave strollers etc. always stand down by the garages. There is space for bicycles there. Theoretically there are also 3 parking spaces and a garage available for cars.
