In September a beautiful apartment in Tübingen will be free.
It is an apartment of 49 square meters, is arranged in two heights. Downstairs there is a living room with a kitchennette and a bathroom/toilette, at the top is the bedroom. The bedroom is very large and being separated from the kitchen has no smell problems when cooking :)
It is perfect for a person or a couple (without children). We are a couple and the size is perfect for us :)
The apartment is rented fully furnished.
The Kalt price is: 530 euros.
The Nebenkosten are 120 euros per month. Electricity is 32 euros per month. Internet is 29.99 euros per month. In total they are 711.99 euros.
We urgently need to find another sub-tenant because we have to move to another city soon.
We are preferably looking for someone who can enter on September 13 or the 15, 2019, or at the latest start the contract on October 1. Better non smoker and no pets.

In any case, work where you work, the location is very good :)
By foot: we arrive at the town hall in 10 minutes, and in only 20 you can reach the eberhardsbrücke (I work here, by bicycle you arrive in 10 minutes).
Bus we have never taken because we have not needed to get anywhere :)
The neighborhood is great, the neighbors are very nice. The apartment has stunning views from the window.
