Hey, schön, dass du hier her gefunden hast. Da wir im Sommer ausziehen, suchen wir einen Nachmieter. Erstmal zur Wohnung an sich:

Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 101 m^2 und befindet sich im 3. Stock.
Sie ist zum Innenhof gerichtet und somit sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in 3 separate Zimmer, eine große Wohnküche, WC, Bad, Abstellkammer und einen großen Gang. Fahrradabstellraum, Keller und Lift haben wir auch. Besonders schön an der Wohnung ist der großzügige offene Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Küche, Essbereich und Wohnbereich, in dem man den Abend gemeinsam entspannt ausklingen lassen kann, auch wenn eine Person etwas kocht, eine am Esstisch sitzt und eine andere auf der couch chillt

Die Wohnung ist möbliert, teils durch den Vermieter, und Teils durch die von uns angeschafft Möbel, die wir euch gegen eine faire Ablöse in der Wohnung lassen. Waschmaschine un Spülmaschine sind auch dabei und die Klimaanlage könnt ihr uns auch zusätzlich per Ablöse abnehmen wenn ihr wollt.

Hey there, nice to meet you! We are moving out this summer and are looking for someone to take over our flat. First some info about the flat itself:

The flat has about 101 sqm and is on the 3rd floor. It's quite calm, as it is directed towards the court. The flat has 3 separate rooms, a large common area with an open kitchen, dining space and living room as well as a bathroom, separate restroom, a storage room and a large hallway. We also have access to a bike room, cellar and lift. Personally, I particularly like this flat because of the spacious common area, where you can spend some time together even if one person is cooking something, the other one sits at the dining table and a third one chills on the couch.

The flat is furnished, some part by the landlord and the rest with our furniture that we leave to you against a fair takeover fee. Furthermore, a washing machine, and a dishwasher are part of the flat.
