After more than 2 years we've come to the decision of moving away and help our landlord out in finding a new tenant. It's been a 2-er WG for the last period, using the third room as a common area, but it can just as well be comfortable for 3.
There are 3 separate rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet (+ a balcony):
- room 1 (~17 sqm) facing south to a calm dead-end street
- room 2 (~10 sqm) facing the same direction, with a built-in wardrobe and storage space (what we call the spaceship)
- room 3 (~17 sqm) facing the inner yard, opening to the balcony
The kitchen is spacious and it's fully equipped including a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's also plenty of storage space in the basement.

🚋 - U3, buses (4A, 74A), and tramline O are in 1-3 mins walking distance
🛒 - Hofer, Billa Plus, Penny, Denns Biomarkt, Rochusmarkt, d&m, Pharmacy in 3 to 5 mins distance
🥐 - bakery and bar are on the corner
🌳 - Prater and Stadtpark are in 10 mins walking distance
