From the beginning of January, our room in the 5th district will be available. The room is located on a one-way street (Högelmüllergasse) and therefore very quiet. As you can see in the photos, it is a rectangular room with two large high windows. The room is furnished with a bed, a small closet, a sofa, a desk and shelves that will be left in the room.
The deposit of 1270 € There will be a change of tenant in the rental contract (with all three tenants standing) and the completed and signed document will be attached to the rental contract.
The current rent is:
435 € of rent + 115 of (gas + electricity + internet )
for an approximate of 550€/month

The apartment is located on Högelmüllergasse in the 5th district. Matzleinsdorfer Platz (S-Bahn / Bim / regional trains) is about 10 minutes away and the subway station Pilgramgasse about 12 minutes. The 14A bus is only 2 minutes away and goes north on Reinprechtsdorferstraße north (to Neubaugasse) or south (towards Reumannplatz).
Furthermore, the bus 59A (10 minutes to the Karlsplatz) and the bus 12A (10 minutes to the Längenfeldgasse) are only a 5-minute walk away.
Billa, Lidl and DM can be reached within 3 minutes. A Penny, Hofer and several Spar shops are easily reached in 10 minutes or by bike in 5 minutes. Reinprechtsdorfer Straße offers many different fast food and takeaway restaurants (also open on Sundays :)).
The shared apartment life is very pleasant.

Henrik is 30 years old from Germany and have been living in the apartment for 2 years. He works as a chemical laboratory assistant at the University of Vienna in the department for inorganic chemistry. He likes to go climbing visiting concerts and festivals or just hanging out with friends
