Hi there,
my flatmate and I are both going on an exchange therefore we are looking for two subtenants for our lovely 2er WG. The flat is located in the 6th Bezirk, right next to Naschmarkt. The apartment has an entrance hall with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two separate bedrooms of roughly the same size (ca. 20 m2 each), with a double bed, wardrobe and desk each.
The rent is all-inclusive (heating, water, electricity), therefore it is 1080€ in total, so 540€ per room. We additionally pay 20€/month for Wi-Fi and are happy to give access to our subscription.
Since this is a temporary sublet, we are happy to leave all our current furniture and kitchen equipment in the apartment for a small fee.
