This cozy apartment is located in a very central and nice area in Vienna. It is on the ground floor of a beautiful, old, renovated baroque house facing a quiet green courtyard. The Museumsquartier, restaurants, bars and shops as well as x-mas markets are in the neighbourhood. The apartment is well connected by public transportation. The closest metro Station "Volkstheater" is a 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and euqipped, with furniture, kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washingmachine, iron. etc. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed.
The price is all included (internet, electricity, frunished, fully equipped).
If you want to stay less than 3 months, the price would be 830,- instead of 780,-
