We are subletting our very beautiful, almost new, 52 m2 flat for two months - from 2nd of April 2023 until 1st of June (+/- a few days) because we will be traveling. It is suitable for one person or a couple.
The apartment is located in the 6th floor with the windows and a terrace located towards the inner yard of the building, (which makes it very calm). It has a big living room with fully furnished kitchen, including a dishwasher, a microwave and an espresso machine. In the living room is also a projector with HDMI input. The flat also has a spacy terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub from where you can see the stars at night through the windows above. There is also a washing machine.
We have a lot of plants so I would appreciate having somebody here who takes good care of them. :)
The house is located 8 min (walking) from Hauptbahnhof in a pedestrian street (Favoritenstraße) with a lot of shops and restaurants. The Metro U1 stops right next to the house (station „Keplerplatz“) . In 4 stops you can reach for example “Stephansplatz“ right in the center.
Costs: 990€ per month all in (incl. power, heating, internet..)
