Süße Wohnung in Hernals

Meine Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was für den alltäglichen Bedarf nötig ist:)!
Das Schlafzimmer geht in Richtung Hof und ist schön ruhig. Des weiteren habe ich ein großes Wohnzimmer,eine kleine Küche,ein Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette.
Ich habe einen Internetanschluss,aber sonst keine technischen Geräte in meiner Wohnung...also wer gemütlich TV schauen will wird hier nicht fündig...
Ich habe sehr nette Nachbarn und im Haus befindet sich ein asiatisches Restaurant,was praktisch ist wenn man wieder Mal zu müde zum Kochen ist!

I´am looking for a subtenant for my flat. I will go on exchange studies from April - July 2024, so my flat will be available during that time.

The flat originally has only one bedroom, but i have also another bed in my living room (as you can see on the picture). The only problem is, that there is no door separating the living room from the rest of the flat...but if needed there is enough space for 2 people as well :)

I have a small kitchen, entry room, separate toilet, bathroom, living room and bedroom. As i am just leaving for 4 moths the flat is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, a washing machine and internet access...

The flat has good transfer and connection to the city center, as well as to other districts of the city. Grocery stores and everything you need for everyday life is right around the corner!
