Hey,
ich verlasse Wien für 6 Monate, um ein Praktikum in Berlin zu machen. In dieser Zeit steht meine kleine Wohnung voll möbliert zur Verfügung.

Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine sanierte Substandardwohnung mit Klo am Gang und Badewanne in der Küche. Allerdings ist das alles viel angenehmer als es scheinen mag. :) Das Klo ist zwar am Gang (2m von der Wohnungstür entfernt) aber man teilt es nur mit einer Frau, die sehr sauber ist und kaum zu Hause. Das "Badezimmer" ist mit einer japanischen Wand von der Küche abgetrennt. Es gibt einen Gasofen in der Küche und bei Bedarf können wir dir noch ein Infrarot-Panel zur Verfügung stellen, falls es mal ganz kalt wird.

Die Wohnung ist sonst sehr hübsch und hat einen tollen Holzboden im Schlafzimmer, hohe Wände und riesige Fenster. Es gibt noch ein Kabinett, das nicht mit vermietet wird. Darin befindet sich ein großer Schrank, der gerne benützt werden kann und auch sonst ist es ein super Raum, um alles mögliche von Rädern bis Kisten zu lagern.

Alle Möbel, die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind, lasse ich da. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mit meinen Sachen liebevoll umgegangen wird. Zusätzlich werde ich eine Kaution verlangen, die du dann wieder zurückbekommst.

I am leaving Vienna for 6 months to do an internship in Berlin. During this time my small apartment is available fully furnished.

The apartment is a renovated substandard apartment with a toilet in the hallway and a bathtub in the kitchen. However, it is all much more pleasant than it may seem. :) The toilet is in the hallway (2m from the apartment door) but you share it only with a woman who is very clean and hardly ever at home. The "bathroom" is separated from the kitchen with a Japanese wall. There is a gas stove in the kitchen and if needed we can still provide you with an infrared panel in case it gets really cold.

The apartment is otherwise very nice and has a great wooden floor in the bedroom, high walls and huge windows. There is another cabinet that is not rented out with the apartment. In it there is a large closet, which can be used and you can store everything possible from bikes to boxes in that room.

I will leave all the furniture that can be seen in the pictures. I would be happy if my things are treated with love. Additionally, I will ask for a deposit which you will get back.
