We are Charles and Aliénor and we leave our beautiful apartment of 70 m2 (2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchen) in late June. We are in the 18th district between the metro stops Alser Straße (4 min walk) and Michelbeuern AKH (3 min walk). The apartment is furnished. We'll ask you for a small share of what we bought.
The total rent is 1000 euros including charges (gas and electricity are also at the expense of the tenants: count about 100 euros extra per person). As far as the rooms are concerned, one is larger than the other. The biggest costs 530 euros and the small 470 euros.
We are looking for two new people to replace us as of July 1. The apartment can be rented directly with the owner (no agency fees). She speaks French, English and German fluently which facilitates communication in case of problems.
Regarding the neighborhood, it is very quiet while being close to the city center with the U6 or trams 42 and 43. On the street from the apartment there are a Hoffer, a Billa and a DM (4 minutes walk) and an INTERSPAR 5 minutes walk.
We are available on weekdays as well as on weekends for visits.
