Große helle Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne

Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral im 9. Bezirk, ganz in der Nähe von der Ubahn-Station U6 Nussdorferstraße. Es ist eine wunderschöne, sonnige Altbauwohnung mit Parkett, hohen Decken und Loggia mit Blick auf schattigen ruhigen Innenhof. Es gibt viele gemütliche Cafés und Bars ganz in der Nähe und auch der Währinger Park ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Donauinsel ist mit der U6 in nur 10 Min. zu erreichen, zur Uni/ins Zentrum dauert es ca. 10 Min. mit Rad oder Straßenbahn.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit als zweite Ebene eingezogene Hochbetten, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Coucheke und Esstisch, eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine wunderschöne Loggia mit Blick auf den ruhigen, grünen Innenhof, die ideal zum relaxen und den Vögeln zuhören ;-)

Our flat is in the 9th district, just 2 minutes from the subway station U6 Nussdorferstraße. It is a beautiful sunny flat in an old buliding with wooden floor, high ceiling and a loggia overlooking the calm, green yard. There a lots of nice cafés and bars close by and the green shadowy Währinger park is just on the other side of the street. You can reach Donauinsel by subway in just 10 minutes and to the university and city center it`s a couple of minutes by tram or bike.

There are 2 bedrooms, both with high and massive wooden loft beds (like second floors), a spacious living room with couchs, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom with shower and a beautiful loggia where you can relax and listen to the birds in the yard:)
