I am looking for someone (couple or a person alone) to rent my very central apartment for 526€ per month all included (internet, betriebskosten).
The fully furnished flat is 42m2 and is located just 7 minutes walk from u3 rochusgasse, 10 mins walk from u4 landstrasse and the park of Prater is just across the bridge. The kitchen has everything you need to cook anything you want. there is also a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. Even though, the flat is only 42m2, space is used very efficiently (lot of space for eating and relaxing on the sofa + office desk) and there is a lot of storage.
Feel free to contact me for any questions.
Visits possible from now
i like to call my area the museum area as lots of palaces are around and it was well preserved from WWII. Even though, it is closed to all means of transportation -you can also rent a city bike right around the corner and discover everywhere with it (first hour is free by the way :)) - we have the beautiful prater right across the bridge where you can go cycling, running, play all kind of sport,...
A few supermarket next to us: Turkish shop (also open later on Saturdays - be aware shops are not open on Sundays, only the one in Wien Mitte which is 10 mins walk from us), hofer (cheap supermarket), billa (i always do my shopping there). On Saturdays, the local market takes place in rochusmarkt.
