Hi! I´m Sabrina and I´m renting out my entire flat in the second district of Vienna, called Leopoldstadt during this summer.
IMPORTANT: the flat is ONLY available for THREE MONTHS! (July-August-September 2014)
The flat itself is 60 square kilometers big, with a nice balcony (with outside furniture), bathroom (bathtube, shower, washing machine), clean toilet, kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) and two rooms. In one of the rooms (the one on the photos) you´ll find a big bed (1,40m), big windows with blinds (handy for sleeping long as they are really darken the room), big desk with lots of place for storage, a chair, shelves and a walk-in-closet for your wardrobe. The room itself is very bright and the big window can be opened completely. You won´t hear a lot of noises from the neighbors - hardly any I would say. The other room is a bit bigger with access to the balcony and a bright window as well. You can either live alone or share the flat with your partner or friend.
The flat is in a completely new building, very modern and located in a quiet area. You have the big river Danube ("Donau") close by and also a big park called "Wiener Prater". And the very well-known amusement park, which is often only referred to as "Prater", is located there too and can easily be reached by foot. From the balcony you have a nice view on the lake which is directly outside of the building. There are also restaurants (City Lake, The White Room and Visconti) and a bakery right outside and if you walk between 3 and 5 minutes you have supermarkets and a big shopping mall, called "Stadioncenter". Two nice clubs, "Fluc" and "Pratersauna" are easily accessible and if you don´t want to stop dancing you can easily walk home - it will take you about 15 minutes. Also the big Ernst-Happel Stadion, where soccer matches and sometimes concerts take place, as well as the old racecourse for horses "Trabrennbahn" are close-by too. I recommend the ruins of the old tribune - unfortunately they will be removed soon so make sure to get a glimpse of them. (It´s forbidden to actually go there, but do so anyway, it´s really worth it!)
The subway line U2 is in walking distance (it will take you about 4 minutes to go there) and in about 10 minutes you´re in the city center.
If you have any questions feel free to write me anytime - I´ll be happy to answer them. Please also let me know if you want to see more photos of the flat or if you want to stop by sometime to have a look inside the flat yourself.
Love, Sabrina.
PS: Please contact me only via e-mail: or via the website - thanks!
