I am a French Engineer that need to leave Vienna and with it, my flat. I am therefore looking for someone to take it as soon as possible.
The flat is large, divided into two main rooms and two smaller ones, with the kitchen, WC, and bathroom in the middle between the two halves. The windows open up to the street, which sees probably a max of 5 cars in the day (so it's very quiet).
It can hold a max of three people (in seperate rooms) with a comfortable 20 m^2 living room. The rent for the entire flat is 828 EUR, but as there are three rooms of varying sizes,
The flat is partly furnished with the full kitchen furnitures (Fridge, oven, kettle, plates/forks/knifes etc) and some other elements ( one couch, bed, chairs, chest of drawers ) and a guitar ^^. As I need to leave, eveything is free if you take the flat.
Very quiet. There are two Turkish shops open 7 days a week within 2 min walking, 2 Billas within 5 min. walking, and a Spar if you walk perhaps 6 min. Cheap and nice bars, cafes, shisha bars are also to be found in the area.
The S-bahn station Mazleindorfer Platz is 10 min away, as is Margaretengürtel U-bahn in the opposite direction.
It's also very easy to get around by bike in the area.
